Delivery Information
At OUD SANCTUM, we carefully prepare and ship every order to ensure your products arrive safely and securely.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive shipment confirmation and tracking information by email or through the available order notification method.
Orders are generally processed and prepared within 2–3 business days after payment and order confirmation. During holidays, promotional periods or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
International delivery normally takes approximately 3–10 business days, depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for the tracking status to become active after dispatch.
Please ensure that your shipping address, telephone number and contact information are complete and accurate before placing your order. OUD SANCTUM cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times do not include delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather, transportation disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges imposed by the destination country or region. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, or if you have not received your order within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us and provide your order number so we can assist you.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed about the progress of your shipment until your order is delivered.
